About The Job
Reporting into the Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will work around the bank's strategy and help draft the training plans and/or relevant policy manuals as required. You will help manage the training programmes, design and deliver sales and services-related training programmes, also partner with business leaders to understand their training needs and provide appropriate learning solutsions. You will also help with driving new learning modules to facilicate the business' digital transformation initiatives, whilst working with external vendors to ensure the bank is utilising existing resources effectively.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with minimum 7 years experience in sales training, preferably from retail banking or financial services sector. You will demonstrate good planning and training facilitations skills and also with the know-how on a full training cycle. You will also have solid experience building a training framework / curriculum, and the proficiency in English and Chinese drafting policy manuals and to communicate well with stakehodlers to gauge their training needs. Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude will help excel in this role.
