About our client
Our client is a HK listed conglomerate with an international business presence. Due to upcoming expansion plans, they are now seeking for a dynamic and seasoned Learning and Development Manager to join their HR team focusing on the formulation and implementation of sound talent development programs in alignment to business objectives.
About the Role
  • Report to the Senior L&D Manager
  • Design and formulate talent development programs for the business
  • Perform end to end recruitment process for young executives in the globe
  • Monitor the development activities/program for identified talents to achieve company objectives and business needs from the globe
  • Recommend, develop, deliver and evaluate learning solutions for business units and departments
  • Partner with department heads to help them build development plans, training analysis/solution for functional talents
The Successful Candidate
  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR focus, experience with Management Trainee program, preferably from MNC company or consultancy firm
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
