About the Client
We are representing a sizable corporation under the logistics industry. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their HR Team as a Learning & Development Officer.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Learning & Development Officer, your major responsibilities include:
- Identify Training & Development needs and conduct relevant assessments
- Source and liaison with external vendors for executing various training programs
- Design and deliver employee development initiatives, including training logistics management
- Assist in overseeing T&D programs to ensure they are effective
- Carry out different HR projects and handle other ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate should be/ have:
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3-year working experience in T&D
- Experienced in formulating and handling T&D projects will be an advantage
- A mature individual who can work alone or in groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
