Our client is a well-established financial institution in Hong Kong. To cope with business expansion, they are inviting a seasoned Learning and Development professional to join and drive new initiatives around people development and engagement.
About The Role
Reporting into the HR department head, you will initiate learning and engagement strategy for the business. You will research, conduct and propose different learning and engagement programmes for different employee focus groups, liaise with business stakeholders on training and development needs and work with external vendors to ensure a comprehensive training curriculum is in place. You will also perform other duties as assigned when deemed necessary.
To qualify, you will be a degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant disciplines, with at least 10+ years of relevant experience assuming responsibilities in learning, engagement programmes and people development. Experience working for sizeable corporations / financial sector / professional services firms highly regarded. You will come with proven track record of success liaising with different internal and external stakeholders and proven excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills. Goodknowledge on new technologies around digital learning will be highly regarded. Proficiency in both written and spoken Englsih and Chinese required for this role.
