About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed developer who focuses real estate business in Asia. They are looking for a Leasing Manager to join their team to manage their existing and potential portfolio.
About the Role
- Lead a team to handle all leasing matters (new let, renewal, surrender)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors and service providers to carry out property management, projects and other related works
- Maintain good relationship with tenants to support their needs
- Prepare annual budget and conduct market research, reports and analysis
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 10 years' relevant experience or above in leasing
- Strategic, independent and good negotiation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
