About our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong listed developer with intensive portfolio of hospitality, residential and commercial complex. To bring in new tenants to their new building, they are looking for a Leasing Manager to join them.
About the Role
- Plan and implement the leasing strategies and business plan
- Maintain relationship, interact and understand existing and potential clients' needs
- Handle daily leasing and tenancy matters, coordinate with different departments on tenants' fit-out
- Conduct market research, analyze data and report to align with company's vision
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate or other related disciplines
- 7 years or above experience in portfolio or office leasing
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
