About the client
Our client is a blue-chip real estate investment company in Hong Kong focusing on the development of commercial, hotel and residential properties. The shopping mall under the group has over 150 stores including international brands. Due to business expansion plan, the team is looking for a Leasing Manager to join the team
About the role
- Report to Assistant General Manager, Leasing
- Preparation of rental proposal for management's approval
- Formulation, implementation, and refinement the tenant-mix strategy
- A leader to conduct budget planning, conduct marketing research and rental forecast based on market trends
- Solicitation of new clients and maintain relationship between tenants from international brands and local estate agents (lease renewal, relocation, upgrades)
- Coordination with property management and other departments for any related issues
The successful applicants:
- Degree holder in Real Estates, Business, Marketing or related disciplines with at least 8 years' solid experience in handling property leasing
- Experience in retail / shopping mall leasing is a plus, especially dealing with reputable brands
- Self-motivated, good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
