About our client:
Our client is a leading F&B group running more than 800 outlets in Hong Kong. Due to business expansion in the region, they are looking for a Leasing Manager to join its HK office.
About your role:
- Responsible for New Acquisition, Tenancy Renewal and Relocation
- Conduct marketing researches and site analyses to meet business development plan
- Formulate P&L analyses and comprehensive feasibility studies for new sites and renewals
- Establish and sustain harmonious relationships with both developers and individual landlords
- Build excellent relationships and networks with different real estate agents
- Facilitate store opening fitting-out projects and remodelling works
- Coordinate different types of property management issues,
- Analyze market information and forecast future trend for sales and rental estimation
- Formulate detailed budget for submission and implemented the committed plan
Requirement:
- Degree holder of Business/ Real Estate, Property Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in retail or catering industry
- Strong business acumen and market trends
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
