About the Role
- Develop and implement leasing strategies for the company's retail premises
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, demand, and rental pricing strategies.
- Handle leasing inquiries, negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate or related disciplines
- 8 years' or above experience in retail leasing
- Independent, visionary, able to work under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
