About the client:
Our client is a logistics service provider and they are one of the largest express courier in Hong Kong. To cope with their aggressive business expansion plan, they are looking for a Leasing Manager to join their team.
About the role:
- Implement the leasing policies/ procedure and ensure the team complies to company's guidelines;
- Formulate, develop and drive leasing strategies, and conduct regular market research, data analysis, in order to understand the market segment and advice the trend to top management;
- Maintain good relationship with external parties, as the key person to handle leasing negotiation, leasing transaction and issue, etc;
- Explore, liaise and negotiate with potential property agents for leasing new shops for business expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
- With at least 8 years' experience in Leasing, candidates from property developers are preferred;
- Self-motivate, independent person, with excellent communication, analytical & negotiation skills, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced working environment;
- Strong market sense with understanding in property & tenancy legislation;
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
