About the Client
Our client is a listed developer found in Hong Kong, focusing on the development of commercial and residential properties. The shopping mall under the group strives to provide various leisure activities to the public. In order to maintain excellent shopping experience, the team is looking for a Marketing and Promotion Officer to join the team.
About the Role
* Report to Leasing Manager
* Handle leasing matters including but not limited to budgeting and forecasting
* Liaise with tenants and real estate agents
* Conduct market research and report
Requirements
* Degree holder in Real Estate or related disciplines with at least 3 years solid experience in retail or shopping mall leasing
* Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
* Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
