About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed Conglomerate with different business including real estate and hospitality in Hong Kong and China. In order to bring in more interesting tenants to their shopping mall. They are looking for a Leasing Officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Assist manager to execute the leasing strategies to maximize the occupancy rate and bring in some interesting tenants to the mall
- Handle regular leasing matters (e.g. new letting, renewal) to ensure we cover and take care potential tenants
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. technical team, property management, marketing) to ensure all the projects meet company's requirement
- Conduct market research, reports and presentation to align with the market
The successful applicants
- Degree in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 2 years' or above retail or semi-retail leasing experience
- Agency background are welcome
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Cheerful, open-minded and good communication skills
