About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed developer with commercial assets in Hong Kong and overseas. In order to invite more various tenants, they are looking for a Leasing Officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Assist Manager in all leasing matters, such as leasing documents, renewal, approach new clients
- Coordinate with other departments to follow up fitting out, renovation and other issues
- Conduct market research for benchmarking, analysis etc
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 1-2 years' relevant experience or above, with leasing or business development experience
- Familiar with the market, independent and good negotiation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Less experience will be consider as Assistant Leasing Officer
