About the client:
Our client is one of the top HK listed property company, which specializes in providing prestigious management services (tenancy administration), project management services to properties. Due to business expansion, the team is looking for a Leasing Officer to join the team
About the role
- Report to Assistant Leasing Manager
- To conduct marketing research and rental forecast based on market trends
- To assist in all leasing matters including seek for new clients, lease renewal, relocation, upgrade
- To prepare leasing documents and report compilation
- To coordinate with property management and marketing team for any related issues
The successful applicants:
- Degree holder in Real Estates, Business, Marketing or related disciplines with at least 3 years' solid experience in handling property leasing
- Experience in leasing is absolutely a plus
- Self-motivated, diligent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
