About The Client
Our client is a well-established conglomerate in Hong Kong, currently hiring a Group Legal Counsel with PQE 8-12+ to join for the interim period as a 6mths contractor.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will assume responsibilities for all legal issues across the business group. You will review and draft commercial agreements (English and Chinese), monitor legal projects and assignments, and provide legal advice. You will also support regulatory and company secretary matters as appropriate.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with PQE 8-12+ gained from sizeable corporations. You will come across as well-organised, detail oriented with strong business acumen, with good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
