About Our Client
Our client is a leading Chinese securities firm holding license type 1,2,4,6,9. As part of business and team expansion, they are hiring for a Legal Counsel with both law firm and capital experience (PQE 3-5) to join as part of the team.
About The Role
Reporting into the General Counsel, you will provide legal services on businesses across investment banking, capital markets, fixed income, private wealth management. You will analyse existing & new products, services, transactions, and client business structure whilst support risk and strategic regulatory projects. You will ensure all legal-related documents and other materials in relatng to the company's activities, products and services are in compliant with regulatory standards.
Requirements
The candidate should be qualified with 3-5 years' PQE, as a mid-level legal counsel. You will ideally have law firm and securities company experience, with fluency in Mandarin and English. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are required. Competitive pay will be offered to attract the best candidate, and candidate with a stable career track record will be essential.
