About The Client
Our client is a stable Aircraft Leasing company with global presence. They are now inviting a seasoned Paralegal with experience ideally from Aircraft Leasing or Financing industry to join as part of the growing legal team.
About The Role
Reporting into the General Counsel, responsibilities would include: preparing legal documents and correspondence for corporate aviation transactions, maintaining closing checklists, monitoring email and tracking correspondence, performing legal research, preparing new cient/matter conflict checks, ensuring compliance standards. Ad hoc projects will also be assigned.
Requirements
To qualify, you should have the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented with a high level of discretion, demonstrate initiative with strong work ethic and is a team player with regular and punctual attendance. Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferred degree in English, Communications or related subjects with exceptional academic credentials. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills (in English and Chinese), and 5+ years office or law firm experience. Aviation knowledge or industry experience preferred.
