About The Client
A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Manager to join one of our clients within the technology/manufacturing sector. This would ideally be a strong generalist with ability to provide commercial and legal support to business stakeholders, targeting candidates with 5+ years relevant experience to join as part of the legal team.
About The Role
This is an all-round role in which you would advise on a broad range of legal and compliance topics including drafting and reviewing business contracts, agreements and other documentations in compliance with laws and regulatory requirements. You will establish standardised NDA and business approval process flow, also assist in patent applications to protect company's interest, whilst advising senior management team on any legal and regulatory risks.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will a degree holder in Law or related disciplines, with 5+ years in-house legal experience. You will demonstrate strong business sense and ideally someone familiar with technology or manufacturing industry. You will come across detail-oriented and able to work independently within a lean team setting. Strong communications and interpersonal skill, and proficiency in both English and Chinese will be required for this role. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Legal Manager.
