About Our Client
Our client is a well-resourced Private Equity Fund with focus around Telecommunications, Biotech & Healthcare industries. As part of business expansion, they are looking for a Legal Manager / Paralegal as a new addition to the team. This role pays up to HKD80k per month and targeting at candidates with PE firm experience and somone with tactful communications skills advising senior management.
About The Role
Working closely with the COO and Head of Product Development, you will provide legal support including handling and drafting various legal documentation for the funds, provide expert advice to senior management on legal and risk as required, also coordinate with external parties including regulatory authorities, external counsel etc.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in law with minimum 6+ years of experience working for Private Equity Funds and other transactional work. You will demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills both in Chinese and English, also a detail mind and high sense of responsibility.
