About Our Client
Our client is the industry pioneer within the Technology sector. To cope with business expansion, they are inviting a seasoned Legal practitioner (with extensive investment and M&A experience) to join as part of the legal team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Department, you will provide high quality legal advice relating to M&A, including but not limited to legal due diligence, deal structuring and transactions. You will prepare and review investment related documents, contracts and transaction agreements, and be responsible for regulatory reporting and compliance management of investment projects. You will conduct legal research on overseas regulations, corporate law and relevant regulatory policies. You will also liaise closely with counterparties, external counsels and other professional bodies as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be Hong Kong or PRC-qualified lawyer, with 3+ years M&A experience acquired from reputable law firms or sizeable corporations. You will demonstrate solid track record handling various M&A transactions, whilst demonstrate strong communications and report writing skills both in English and Chinese. Occasion travel will be required for this role.
