About Our Client
My client is a leading financial services with growing presence in Hong Kong. They are looking for a senior legal officer to join the high calibre team.
About The Role
- Provide legal research and basic advice
- Prepare and review legal documents
- Handle day-to-day legal duties on daily operations
- Liaise with external legal counsels where necessary
- Work with the Compliance Team relating to any legal and compliance issue
- Liaise with enforcement agencies including Police and regulators
- Assist any ad hoc project
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines, preferably in Accounting, Finance and Business
- 2 years' relevant experience in financial industry is preferred
- Logical thinking with strong sense and knowledge on regulatory requirements
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
- Proficiency in PC skills and MS office applications, such as Excel and MS Word
- Mature and able to work independently
- Responsible, trustworthy with positive attitude, high integrity and a good team player
