Job Description
Our client is a Leading Financial Services Group based in Hong Kong. They are looking for an Officer to join the Loan Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for clean lending acquisition activities.
- Station at Personal Loan Service Corner of selected branch.
- Able to meet and exceed personal loan target.
- Take proactive role to solicit sales from counter sales referral, sales promotion booth and out-reach marketing activities.
- Work to follow up on approval and drawdown to ensure customer satisfaction .
- Follow the established work procedures as stipulated in procedure guidelines and ensure compliance at all times.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent with minimum 1 year of experience or secondary education level with 3 years of experience in the retail banking industry, preferably in clean lending products.
- Be committed, self-motivated with positive attitude and can work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, frequently changing environment as a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in Cantonese and English, fluency in Mandarin is a definite advantage.
