About our Client
Our client is a fast growing design company specialize in the manufacturing of consumer electronic and tech accessories. Due to business expansion in the region, they are now looking for a Logistic Manager to join the team in Hong Kong office.
About the Role
Reporting to the COO, you will lead a team of 5 to manage the logistics multi-channels operations, 3PL warehouses, carriers and courier services. As a functional leader, you will build strategic logistics plans to support company's growth as well as to lead ERP system integration and implementations on logistics module. In addition, you will manage 3PL warehouse operation and manage cost control. You will also lead key customer brand collaborations projects from vendor set up, productions, packaging, delivery planning, compliance to shipments.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related background with at least 8-10 years' hands-on experience in Logistics Operations function
- Experience in 3PL Management, e-commerce fulfilment and complex logistics are a must
- Excellent management and leadership skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills and enjoys interacting with different levels of the organization
- Ability to audit existing situation and transform it is key success factor
- Excellent business acumen
- Excellent command of English
