About Our Client

Our client is a world leading household manufacturer and the products are available across 66 countries worldwide. They are looking for a Logistics and Customer Service Officer who would be responsible for inbound &outbound shipment, shipping & billing documentation, stock management, and customer service in their Hong Kong office.

Job Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound logistics arrangement with customer clearance and any shipping documentation, ship mode selection, delivery note generation, and delivery log sheet maintenance
  • Handle order management with documentations, order creation, coordinate with logistics team and 3PL to ensure prompt delivery
  • Update shipping status and data in SAP based on PO, DN, PGI and delivery notes to ensure the system data is aligned with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Maintain stock level, support stock reconciliation and stock-taking arrangement with warehouse
  • Conduct log sheet maintenance with monthly channel breakdown, and verify 3PL billing for monthly payment
  • Conduct weekly service email collection and update to functional team leader
  • Arrange weekly spareparts shipment to customer
  • Generate weekly stock report based and stock management, and business analysis reports upon business needs
  • Provide customer service on sample delivery, stock shortage, delivery broken, packing request, and any specific requirements
  • Support sales order creation and customer order fulfilment, and hotline servicing
  • Handle ad-hoc project as required

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Business Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management/ Order Management/ Shipment Management/ Customer Services
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP is preferred
