About our Client
With more than 10 production plants and employs more than 1000 staffs, our client is the market leader in the food & beverage industry with a successful global business footprint. Due to an aggressive business growth plan in the region, the team is looking for a high calibre Logistics Supervisor to manage the warehouse and drive process improvement projects for the Hong Kong operation.
About the Role
Reporting to Logistics Manager and manage a large team, you will manage all warehouse activities from basic production materials unloading, to Products receipt from production lines, Order picking and Loading to delivery trucks. You will also manage 3PL for external product storage as well as delivery trucks. In addition to operation management, you will also engage in process improvement project such as stock accuracy and order fulfilment rate.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in warehouse & logistics operation in which 3 years at supervisory level
- Good communication, problem solving and decision making skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office
