About the Role
Reporting to Senior CRM Manager, you will understand customer behaviour through analytic and develop loyalty and communications strategy and implement rewards program. You will manage loyalty marketing program to drive member acquisition, retention and loyalty. You will identify customer segments and design different communication contents, promotion offers and customer engagement campaigns. You will review the database and conduct data cleansing from time to time. You will also monitor campaign effectiveness to ensure ROI and assist in ad hoc projects when required.
- Degree holder with at least 6 years of loyalty marketing or CRM operations experience
- Background from retail, hospitality or aviation industry preferred
- Proficiency in Google Analytics is a MUST
- Experience in CMS and CRM software is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven and digital savvy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
