Our client is a leading Luxury Group that specializes in ready to wear, leather goods, and watches & jewellery. Currently, they are looking for high-calibre candidates to join their team.
- Monitoring daily sales performance by doing data analysis and making key decisions
- Leading and motivating the team to maximise sales performance
- Maintaining the smooth running of the store
- Delivering high quality of customer service, including handling customer enquiries or complaints
工作職責：
- 監察日常銷售表現，然後分析數據並作出適當決策
- 帶領及鼓勵團隊以達到銷售目標
- 負責日常商店運營
- 提供高質的客戶服務，處理客戶諮詢及投訴
Requirements:
- 3 years of work experience in the retail industry with solid sales and management techniques
- Excellent communication skills and experience in client relationship building will be crucial
- Candidates with luxury background would be a plus
- Proficiency in English would be an advantage
工作要求:
- 至少3年或以上主管級別經驗，並擁有良好銷售管理技巧
- 具良好溝通技巧及專業客戶關係管理
- 具銷售奢侈品品牌經驗更佳
- 懂英語更佳
