About the Role:
The Boutique Manager is to drive sales success and to ensure a seamless customer experience through development of a customer oriented team. The manager requires proactive leadership style, motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer services.
Requirements:
- 3 years+ in luxury retail industry
- Experience in managing, mentoring and developing a cross-functional sales team
- Experience in client relationships building
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive leadership style
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently
