Our client is a large sized Hong Kong developer, which taking care of mega-scale of premium Commercial Portfolio in Hong Kong and China. In order to promote the company to more prosperous, they are looking for an elite to join their team.
About the role
- Report to Executive Director
- Prepare business proposal and report to senior management
- Oversee all leasing matters including but not limited to planning, implementing, renewal and tenancy administration
- Build and maintain relationship with existing and potential clients
- Work closely with related parties on property management and fitting-out / renovation works
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in retail or office leasing
- Experience and knowledge in graphic design will be an advantage
- Presentable, strong analytical and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin
