About the Client
An industry leading Logistics operator with an international business portfolio is now looking to strengthen its HR function by bringing on a dynamic individual to join them as the Manager - Global Mobility Services.
About the Role
- Partner with senior management and HR leaders in addressing the need of international mobility assignment for various business units
- Offer professional advice in the application of global mobility policies and advising on potential solutions whenever required
- Provide global mobility end-to-end service to international assignees, and act as a principal contact point for all relevant enquiries
- Ensure service delivery are in full alignment with global mobility policies and local requirements by working with business units, internal stakeholders and key external service providers
- Act as an expert in the subject area, and drive for continuous improvement across both policy and day-to-day operations
- Prepare cost estimates and internal documentations, including Employment Agreement, relating to international assignment. Track and report the mobility cost spending to HR leaders and Finance teams on a regular basis
- Provide data insights to the HR leaders, using dashboards or other tools
- Participate in Group HR project as required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the Human Resources function, with a specialization in employee relocation, global mobility or expatriate management
- Track record in interfacing with multi-cultural employees at all levels and capacities, preferably in MNC's with offices in geographically dispersed locations
- A strong understanding and appreciation of a diverse work environment and to be able to sensitively meet the demands of many stakeholders and types of employees
- Ability to manage multiple projects, multiple employee cases at the same time, with ease
- Business partnering skills are essential
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with good command in written and spoken English a must
- Ability to be a change agent, providing advice to various management teams and employees
