About our Client
Our client is a multinational company with strong business presence across the globe, they are currently hiring a seasoned HRBP Manager to support dedicated business unit around the regions.
About the Role
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to the business units including manpower planning, succession planning, rewards, performance management and talent management
- Work closely with the senior management and business leaders for implementing HR initiatives including goal setting, workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
- Support end-to-end execution and co-ordination of talent management process and talent development framework to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planning
- Develop compelling communication strategies and direction to all employees, which reinforce the strategic direction of the company to maintain productive, passionate and cooperative company culture across the Business
- Provide HR advisory based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated departments
- Partner with other HR counterparts (local & global) on ensuring best practice and smooth delivery of people & culture strategies
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 10+ years of experience on HRBP experience, ideally from multinational company and with regional/ global exposure
- Solid experience on driving changes and organisational development initiatives
- Motivated, and with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
