About our Client

With an exciting loyalty & rewards program in place, our client is a market leading telecommunication operator in Hong Kong. To cope with rapid business expansion, they are now looking for a Loyalty & Rewards Manager to join the team.

About the Role

  • Build and manage an effective network and relationship with existing and potential new partners;
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure adherence to the Company in achieving the business results;
  • Formulate business development and merchant partnership plan to stimulate usage and be responsible for execution of various promotion programs;
  • Conduct regular reviews and plans to improve the redemption catalog;
  • Lead and manage end to end customer and partner experience regarding product variety and redemption flow


  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline;
  • 10+ years of managerial level in marketing, strategy formulation and partnership management;
  • Experience in project management with internal teams and external partners
  • Mature and good team player, able to work under pressure;
  • Creative, digital savvy, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
