About the Client
Our client is telecommunication operator with a diverse range of services offered to their customers. Aiming to connect their services to daily lives, the company is offering a prepaid mobile payment service to thier customers and it has been fast growing since its launch. To cope with this fast expanding business line, they are now looking for a high calibre candidate to join the Card and Payment operations team to support the growth.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Card Operations, you will lead a team and montior the operations of the card and payment systems. You will ensure all payment and card operational activities are in full compliance with both internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements. It is important that you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination, control and governance on daily operations. You are expected to review, develop and streamline the daily operational procedures and workflows. You will also track KPIs, conduct evaluation and prepare various reports.
About the Candidate
- Degree holder in IT or Business related disciplines
- At least 7 years experience in cards/ banking/ payment operations and services with 3 years in supervisory level
- Soliod experience in charge back, Vision Plus or risk assessement is highly preferred
- Excellent negotiation and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
