Our client is one of the leading property developers in Hong Kong. They are now hiring a Sales Practice Manager to join the team and this role will help review sales brochures to ensure compliance standards aligned with Residential Properties Ordinance.
About The Role
Reporting into the Department Head, you will ensure compliance and current sales practices are aligned with the Residential Properties Ordinance. You will prepare, review sales brochures, examine all aspects of sales practices of first-hand property sale including advertisements, websites, models, show flats, sales documents, sales arrangements and activities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder with 6+ years relevant experience from property sector. You will be familiar with the Residential Properties Ordinance, someone with a detail minded and and highly sensitivity to compliance standards. Candidates with a legal background an advantage, and immediate available candidates highly regarded. Proficiency of English and Chinese will be required for this role.
