About the Client
Our client is a quasi-government organisation and they are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager Finance for their Hong Kong office.
About the Role
- Responsible for statutory reporting and management reporting
- Handle budgeting and variance analysis
- Enhance financial policies and ensure reporting compliance
- Improve internal control
- Communicate with functional leaders and overseas offices for projects roll-out
- Take up any ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- 10 years+ relevant accounting and finance experience
- HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
- Regional/global finance experience is required
- Finance projects experience (process/system/digitalization etc.) is an advantage
- Prior work experience from quasi-government is a plus but not a must
- Commercial, strong influencing and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English is a must
