Manager/Senior Manager - Finance
About the Company
Our client is a well-established institution with mass operations (B2C, mainly in HK and PRC). Currently they are looking for a candidate with business partnering skillsets to join their finance department in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Reporting to Senior Management, you will be responsible for the P&L analysis for multiple business lines which currently cover both HK and China markets. In addition to reviewing financial reports supported by the accounting operation division, you will drive annual budget, rolling forecasts, sub-consolidation and ensure accounting policies and internal control procedures are met. You will provide analytic support for the business head and identify room for business growth or cost-saving. You shall also comment on legal terms/ contracts to safeguard the benefits of the business from a financial perspective. You might also support any ad-hoc projects such as finance transformation as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be an all-rounded finance professional with at least 8 years of relevant work experience from business sectors with mass operations, e.g. retail, F&B, consumer goods. Audit training is a plus but not compulsory. You should be an all-rounded finance professional with strong business partnering and FP&A skillsets. China experience is required as this candidate shall manage a neat finance team in China and support business case evaluation. Professional qualifications such as HKICPA and ACCA are required. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills are required. You should be commercial, analytical, able to multi-task, and able to deliver and meet deadlines. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is compulsory. Immediately available is definitely an advantage.
