Manager/Senior Manager Internal Control
About the Client
Our client is a sizable private company with manufacturing operations in China and SE Asia. To cope with their business needs, they have created a new headcount and are inviting a seasoned Manager/Senior Manager Internal Control to set-up the function for the business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, this is an individual contributor role. You will draft and review policies and SOPs to cope with organisational/ process changes. You will ensure proper control and enhance operational efficiency. You will provide trainings for finance and business leaders to raise their awareness on internal controls and company policies. You will perform internal control self-assessment. You will also involve in internal audit and special audit when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- HKICPA/ACCA/CIA or equivalent
- 8 years+ relevant internal control/internal audit experience
- Relevant experience from manufacturing is a plus but not a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
