About Our Client
Our client is an US listed Fortune company in the industrial sector with aggressive expansion plans in Asia Pacific. To continue their business growth, they are looking for a Head to managing the APAC operations.
About the Role
Being the Head of the Asia Pacific operations, you will lead the business strategy execution, sales growth, product development and operational excellence in the region. You will initiate new business models, channels, markets strategies to continue the success of the business in the region. In addition, you will oversee the opeation facilities in the region ensuring quality, service delivery and effective operation management is up to standard.
The Successful Applicant
You should have strong academic credentials with a MBA from world recognized programs. You should have accumulated over 20 years of work experience with previous experience in operations and sales environment in the APAC region. In addition, you have should run a P&L for over 10 years at APAC capacity with a minimum annual turnover of USD200m. Industrial experience in China, SE Asia and India is highly preferred. Open to be relocated to Hong Kong is essential.
