Our Client is a Well-known Food and Beverage brand, currently looking for a Marketing Manager to support their growing team.
About the role
You will own, develop and implement marketing campaigns including social media, website development, seasonal events and collaborations to drive restaraunt sales via online and offline channels. Play a critical role in enabling the branding strategy with the right tools and technology. Develop and execute content strategies and lifecycle communications experience across multiple channels (web, app, social, email, SMS, MMS, etc.) and various touchpoints to elevate customer experiences. You will also partner with operations teams & Culinary teams for campaign initiatives to acquire and retain customers. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and smooth delivery of marketing campaigns. Launch e-commerce business initiatives to cultivate online engagement behaviors and drive sales. Last but not least, explore potential partnerships for new and high potential customers.
Requirements
Degree holder of Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
At least 5 years of Marketing experience and in Hospitality/ Food and Beverage industry preferred
Able to understand consumer and business needs and translate into actions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multi-tasks under tight deadlines
Self-motivated, organized with strong job ownership and good project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in engaging with various stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Immediate available is highly preferred, candidates with less experience would be considered Assistant Manager title
