About the Client
Our client is one of the leading consumer lifestyle retail chains in the local market. In order to cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee all the offline marketing campaigns.
About the Role
- Formulate and implement marketing plan to raise brand awareness and to drive sales for retail stores in HK
- Manage the daily operations of marketing team and work closely with the VM team to ensure a smooth roll-out of in-store promotions and marketing activities
- Monitor and manage daily metrics, KPIs and perform insights analysis with actionable improvement plan and optimization
- Keep abreast on the latest market trend and to conduct market research to optimise the marketing campaigns
- Degree holder in Business and Marketing disciplines
- 8+ years of marketing experience in the consumer retail / FMCG industry. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
- Hands-on experience in ATL and BTL offline marketing
- Team management experience is a MUST
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
