Our client is a loyalty program with a diverse range of services and rewards offered to their customers. To cope with their fast expanding business, they are now looking for a high calibre candidate to join the Marketing team to support the growth.
About the Role
Report to the Senior Marketing Manager and manage a team, you will develop and execute digital strategies for the business including e-commerce, website, mobile apps, social media and O2O. You are expected to drive digital optimization to achieve company's KPIs. Using Google Analytics, you will conduct analysis and measure the effectiveness of different digital campaigns and provide insights. You will work closely with advertising agencies and internal teams to deliver advertising campaigns including design of customized tags for retargeting and conversion tracking. You have to work closely with different teams and deliver effective marketing communications to drive awareness. You are also expected to introduce the latest digital marketing technology for promotional campaigns. You will also assist in ad hoc projects when required.
About the Candidate
- Degree holder with at least 8 years of digital marketing experience in fast pace environment
- Working experience in marketing and digital agency preferred
- Solid experience in SEO/SEM, display, programmatic, mobile app, online advertising, Google Analytics, social media management etc
- Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented and creative
- Flexible and adapted to fast pace environment
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
