About our Client
Our client is a new and dynamic hospitality group in Hong Kong. To cope with their fast expanding restaurant business development plans, they are now inviting a Marketing Manager to join their pre-opening team.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for developing, executing and managing marketing campaigns for multi-branded restaurants through different platforms, both traditional and digital. Working closely with internal and external parties to design execute marketing collaterals and promotional materials, you will organize marketing events, prepare press releases, and manage brand websites and social media platforms. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a good relationship with third party partners including local media in order to develop a positive brand image in the market.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Marketing or any related discipline with a minimum 6 years' relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally with restaurants pre-opening experience
- Result-driven, dynamic, creative, and detail-minded
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
