Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and preparation of the communications collaterals
- Organize community and corporate events
- Identify and manage award opportunities, and provide support for award submissions
- Liaise with internal departments, agencies, and vendors
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the department
- Complete any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Corporate Communications Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Event Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediate availability is preferable
- Free shuttle bus at Kowloon Tong, Nam Cheong and Causeway Bay to Cyberport
