About the Role
- Plan and execute promotion and campaign to increase brand awareness
- Cultivate tenants relationship and increase sales performance
- Manage social media platforms with strategies planning and content creations
- Causal leasing arrangement
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing or related disciplines
- 2 years' relevant experience or above
- Strong business acumen with negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
