About the company
Our client is one of the international retail banking groups in Hong Kong. To cope with their ambition expansion, they are looking for high caliber for a Merchant Business Development Manager for their Payment Solution team.
About the role
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Session Head of Business Development, you will explore new merchants actively in different business channels in promoting payment solution to achieve bank target. You have to perform account management and build good relationships with merchants for more cross-selling opportunities of other banking services in growing client portfolios. You also need to work closely with product and marketing teams in supporting the launch of new banking products and providing market response for management.
About the person
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
Degree holder with at least 3-4 years' of experience in developing merchant business in banks.
Good knowledge in payment or deposit products (e.g. wechat pay / android pay etc.) with sound relationship building skills are essential.
Sales driven and excellent presentation skills. Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
