Job Description
- Our Client is a well-known food retail group. They are currently looking for senior management to manage the daily store operation and multi stores' sales performance:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of store sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
- Initiate sales strategy and explore new opportunities to stimulate sales growth & increase competitiveness;
- Lead team to deliver excellent shopping experience and build up customers loyalty
- Manage and oversee store daily operation including but limited to policies and procedures implementation, inventory control, uniform arrangement, stock take management, assets and cost control, in-store visual merchandising and manpower arrangement
- Implement and review branding and marketing promotions in store
- To interact with internal departments and contribute to the effective implementation of sales activities, business promotion initiatives and merchandising plans at shop level
- Provide structured feedback on standard operation procedure and people development
- Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and sales forecast of the store for management review
- Oversee and ensure the efficiency of all operations flow in stores
Requirement
- Minimum 10 years of retail operations management and at least 3 years at managerial level
- Excellent people management skill and experience in managing multiple stores is a must
- Sales driven oriented, strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good leadership skill, communication skill and analytical skill
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel
