Job Description
Job Duties:
- Perform system administration and technical support on network with focus on virtualization platforms, Windows server and Linux platforms
- Install, Configure, test, and maintain Cisco LAN/WAN, Security and Basic IPT equipment and related services
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
- Documents network problems and resolution for future reference
- Network Monitoring and Liaison with carriers for resolution
- Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software
- Upgrade and routine hardware configuration
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Minimum 2-4 years related Network Infrastructure Working Experience
- Good communication skill; proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Working knowledge on Network Infrastructure (Core/Access Switch, Firewall, Router and Wifi)
- Experience with Cisco and H3C Switch, Router implementation, migration and supporting is an advantage
- Experience with Cisco and Fortinet firewall implementation, migration and supporting is an advantage
- Holder of CCNA is preferred
