Our client is a leading manufacturer of innovative electronic products, serving customers globally across diverse industries. With over 800 employees, they specialize in OEM&ODM business models, producing a wide range of products, including IoT wireless systems, LAN testers, MFi-licensed smart home devices, access controls, power accessories, security systems, and industrial electromechanical products.
Our client is currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior/Sales Manager to spearhead significant new business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Utilize resource and network to identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and foster growth.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of business development, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
- Proven track record of sales targets and driving new business growth.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
