Our client is a UK based luxury fashion online business providing with personal shopping experience. To cope with their expansion plan, they are now setting up a new office in Hong Kong and looking for a high-caliber Office Administrator to join their fun and energetic team.
About the Role
The Office Administrator will be responsible for the smooth running of the small office with around 10 staffs on a day to day basis, handling all-in coming calls/ messages, liaising with landlord, managing relationship with all suppliers and to ensure the team has all the supplies they need. Also to interact with the Head Office for regular updates and other related projects.
About the Person
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years related experience in Office Administration, preferably in Luxury Retail
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Detail-minded, solid organizational skills, able to multi-task and good time-management
- Good team-player, good communication skills
