About The Client
Our client is an FMCG business with a global presence. They are now looking for an office administrator to support with daily operations.
About The Role
- Handling office maintenance, such as facilities, equipment, office and pantry supplies, contract renewal etc;
- Manage incoming/ outgoing courier service and mailing arrangement
- Handle phone calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Support all the matters relating to staff and company activities
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks when required.
The Successful Candidate
- Experience in handling office administration, maintenance and as a receptionist
- Able to work independently and adaptable to fast paced environment
- A positive, flexible, can-do attitude
- An ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Immidiate available candidates highly regarded
